Duration: 4 weeks Live contact time: 8 hours Format: 1 live training session + 1 practical lab each week Delivery: Online Advanced AI is the third level of the AIA learning pathway. The programme moves from individual and role-based AI use into more deliberate implementation. Participants explore advanced workflows, automation opportunities, AI-enabled processes, governance and responsible scaling. What is included - Four weekly live training sessions - Four practical labs and office-hour sessions - Advanced workflow exercises - Process-mapping activities - Automation opportunity identification - Governance and control considerations - Development of an implementation plan for a real use case Week 1 | Advanced Workflows + Automation - Identify where more advanced AI use, connected tools or automation may reduce repetitive work. - You will consider: - Repetitive processes - Workflow opportunities - Connected tools - Automation opportunities - Where automation is useful - Where automation introduces unnecessary risk or complexity Week 2 | Design AI-Enabled Processes Learn how to design processes where AI forms part of the workflow without removing accountability. You will work with: - Inputs - AI actions - Human checkpoints - Outputs - Exceptions - Accountability - Quality controls Week 3 | Governance + Responsible Implementation Move from individual responsibility into broader implementation considerations. You will cover: - Approval - Access - Information handling - Quality controls - Verification - Escalation - Responsible implementation Week 4 | Implement + Scale Bring the learning together in a practical implementation plan. - You will define: - A real use case - The owner - The workflow - AI's role - Human responsibilities - Controls - Measurement - Next steps By the end of the programme, you should be able to: - Identify appropriate automation opportunities - Design AI-enabled workflows with clear human checkpoints - Think more systematically about AI implementation - Identify governance and information-handling requirements - Build practical controls around AI-supported work - Develop an implementation plan for a real workplace use case - Assess where AI can scale responsibly and where human oversight remains essential Who is this for?
