Last updated: 25 August 2026

About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Applied Intelligence Africa website and, where applicable, the purchase or use of our training services.

Applied Intelligence Africa ("AIA") is a trading brand of Luna Collective (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2024/368715/07.

By using this website or purchasing a service through it, you agree to these terms.

Our services

AIA provides practical artificial intelligence training for individuals and organisations.

Training may be delivered online, in person or through a combination of formats. Programme content, dates, delivery arrangements and pricing will be communicated before purchase or confirmed in a corporate proposal or agreement.

Individual training

Public training programmes may be offered on scheduled cohort dates.

Your place is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and you receive confirmation of your booking.

Course places may be limited.

Corporate training

Corporate training is normally scoped according to the organisation's requirements.

Submitting a corporate enquiry through our website does not create a binding agreement or confirm a training booking.

Programme scope, pricing, dates, payment terms and other commercial requirements will be agreed separately in a proposal, quotation, statement of work or other written agreement.

Payments

Prices for public programmes will be displayed before checkout.

Online payments may be processed through an authorised third-party payment provider.

Corporate clients may be invoiced by Luna Collective (Pty) Ltd trading as Applied Intelligence Africa, according to the payment terms agreed in the relevant proposal or invoice.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Bookings for public courses are subject to our Booking Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Where applicable, your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Training content

We aim to keep our training practical and relevant. Artificial intelligence technology changes quickly, and specific tools, interfaces, functionality and examples may therefore change between the time a programme is advertised and the time it is delivered.

We may make reasonable changes to programme content to reflect changes in technology, platforms, security considerations or industry practice, provided that the overall purpose and standard of the programme are maintained.

Participant responsibilities

Participants are responsible for using AI tools appropriately during and after training.

Unless specifically authorised by their employer or the relevant information owner, participants should not upload confidential, commercially sensitive, personal or restricted information into AI platforms during training exercises.

Participants remain responsible for checking AI-generated outputs before relying on or using them.

Educational purpose

AIA training is provided for educational and professional development purposes.

Training content should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, AIA retains the intellectual property rights in its original course materials, frameworks, presentations, exercises, templates and training content.

Participants may use materials provided to them for their own learning and internal professional use.

Course materials may not be reproduced, sold, published, distributed, uploaded publicly or used to provide competing commercial training without prior written permission from AIA.

Recording training sessions

Participants may not record, reproduce or distribute training sessions without prior permission.

If AIA intends to record a session, participants will be informed.

Website content

We take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, website information may change and we cannot guarantee that every page will always be complete or error-free.

Links to third-party websites or services may be provided for convenience. AIA is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIA and Luna Collective (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from the use of this website or training materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
